There are 5 malnutrition levels of the Subjective Global Nutrition Assessment (SGNA) Re-Scoring Method based on its total score; normal (score 0-7), mild (score 8-14), moderate (score 15-21), moderate-severe (score22-28) and severe malnutrition (score 29-36).
