Correlation between the nutritional risk index and the ranson and bisap scales in pregnant women with acute pancreatitis

Luis Alfredo Trujano Ramos,

The incidence of acute pancreatitis (AP) has been increasing throughout the world, in pregnancy it has different etiologies, however its main cause is of biliary origin, usually followed by alcoholic and hyperlipidic, although multiparity and maternal age are linked.Pancreatitis is currently one of the diseases with the highest prevalence of nutritional risk, because it increases the morbidity and mortality of the patient, for the reason it is believed that a timely and adequate nutritional intervention to the needs of each hospitalized patient would reduce the mortality figures.
